The bigger, uglier brother of Dutch. This fermented wing sauce has been ramped up using delicious, fruity Scotch Bonnet chillies to give more fire. The perfect everyday sauce and my firm favourite kitchen cupboard staple. 

 

I use this sauce with pratically everything. Whether it be in Mexican style wraps, as a spicy mayo for kebabs, as a dipper for nuggets or even to add some extra heat to a tasty bean burger. It really is an all rounder. You can also try a 1:1 mix with melted butter before dousing some baked chicken wings or cauliflower bites before serving with a blue cheese sauce!
