Peach Stache Hot Sauce

 

Collaboration with @spicymoustache

 

A heady mix of dried chillies (Nosferatu, Czech Black, Choc Habs, Paprika, Lemon Drop, Black Goat Weed, Ghost Yaki Purple Orange) went into this cheeky number; all grown by Spicy Moustache in East London. The sauce was rounded off nicely with a couple of flat peaches to give back some of the fruitiness lost during drying process.
