On a sunny January 5th in the year 2020, the Chillli Seed Junkie descended on Brixton bearing bundles of his amazing homegrown chillies. We spent the day putting the world to rights and starting a couple of ferments. Almost 8 months later a tangy love child of a wing sauce has been born!
