Experiment 1 Hot Sauce
A seriously hot version of my Chip smokey BBQ style sauce produced from a Primo base and the addition of cumin to mix things up a bit. Works great as a dip or marinade, especially with tofu or chicken wings.
Experiment 1: Primo Chip
Fermented Red Chilli, White Vinegar, Garlic, Chipotle Chilli, Agave Syrup, Paprika, Mustard, Black Pepper, Mollasses, Sea Salt, Cumin.
